Reed is a native of New
Mexico where he attended New Mexico State University and graduated
from Eastern New Mexico University. He graduated from the University
of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1979 with a Masters Degree in Audiology.
Reed completed his Doctorate in Audiology from the Pennsylvania
College of Optometry School of Audiology in 2002.
Reed started what is now Audiology Management Services, Inc.
in 1981. He holds Tennessee State Licensure in Audiology, the
Clinical Certificate of Competence in Audiology from the America
Speech, Hearing, and Language Association, is a Fellow of the
American Academy of Audiology and holds membership in the Tennessee
Academy of Audiology, the National Hearing Conservation Association,
American Auditory Society, the Audiological Resources Association
and is a past member of the Tennessee State Licensing Board
of Communication Disorders & Sciences.
Locally, Reed is a member of the Cookeville Rotary Club, First
United Methodist Church, and Putnam County Family YMCA, of which
he is also a past president. Reed is also a graduate of Leadership
Putnam. |

Lisa grew up in McMinnville,
Tennessee where she and her family presently reside. She graduated
with a Masters of Arts in Audiology in 1986 from the University
of Tennessee at Knoxville. In addition, Lisa holds a Certification
of Clinical Competency in Audiology as well as Tennessee State
Licensure in Audiology.
Lisa is a Fellow in the American Academy of
Audiology, and holds memberships in the American Speech Language
Hearing Association, the Tennessee Speech Language Hearing
Association, and the Tennessee Academy of Audiology. She is
currently the chairperson for the Tennessee State Licensing
Board of Communication Disorders and Sciences.
Lisa and her husband Cliff are active locally
at St. Catherine's Catholic Church and are members of the
Heritage Alliance. Lisa currently serves on the PTO executive
board at Bobby Ray Memorial Elementary School.

Dr. Hallenbeck graduated from the University of Arkansas for
Medical Sciences with a Master's Degree in Audiology in 2000.
Helen completed her Doctorate in Audiology from the Pennsylvania
College of Optometry, School of Audiology in 2005. Helen is
certified by the American Board of Audiology and is the current
President of the Tennessee Academy of Audiologists.

Anne-Marie is a native of Ohio and attended
Miami University in Oxford, OH. She graduated with a Masters
of Arts in Audiology in 2004 from Ohio University in Athens.
Anne-Marie holds a Certification of Clinical Competency in Audiology
and memberships in the American Speech Language Hearing Association
and the Tennessee Speech Language Hearing Association. She has
previously been employed as a clinical audiologist at Orange
County Physicians’ Hearing Services in Mission Viejo, CA.
Anne-Marie has recently relocated to Cookeville, TN where she attends St. Thomas Catholic Church. |

Gail has been with our office for four years.
She began as an office clerk doing dictation and customer service.
She became office manager in 2001. Gail brings to our facility
over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She
is available to help our patients in any way.
Gail grew up in Monterey, Tennessee. She currently resides there
with her husband and two of her four children. Two of her children
have left the nest and have families of their own. Gail is the
proud grandmother of seven grandchildren.
Gail is a member of the Church of the Nazarene.
